Continued:
a. Seacoast Indoor Tennis Club, 36 Birch Road, Site Plan Review, for new construction adding two indoor tennis courts and related facilities
b. Site Plan Review, Lamprey Brothers, 227 Atlantic Avenue, (rear of Joe's Meat Shoppe) to replace bulk storage tanks with new tanks with complete containment system.
III. Technical Review Committee Report & Building Inspector Documents on Hobbs Farm Subdivision, Review changes to plan as per Technical Review Committee
IV. Request for Waiver, Jim Jones, 187 Lafayette Road, for Site Plan Review for activities at 187 Lafayette Road as being not required under Site Plan Review Regulations Section V, especially paragraph 3.

a. Application for Public Hearing for Lot Line Relocation
72 Lafayette Road & 259 & 261 Atlantic Avenue, Jabez Trust & Peter E. Simmons, Peter S. Simmons for changing of lot line between Jabez & Simmons, for properties located at Atlantic & Lafayette Roads, currently containing structures and houses.
